نجلاء المدفع تخرجت من جامعة باث مع درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر وحصلت على ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة ستانفورد. نجلاء مؤسسة Khayarat، منصة تطوير الوظيفي التي تقرب المواهب الإماراتية للشركات. وقبل ذلك كانت مديرة في صندوق خليفة لتطوير المشاريع. وقد عملت أيضا في شركات دولية متعددة منها برايس ووترهاوس كوبرز (PWC)، وشركة شل، وشركة Google وشركة ماكينزي وشركاه. نجلاء عضوة في مجلس إدارة البنك العربي المتحد، ومجلس سيدات أعمال الشارقة وكذلك القيادات العربية الشابة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
Najla Al-Midfa graduated from the University of Bath with a bachelors degree in Computer Science and did her MBA at Stanford University. Najla is the founder of Khayarat, a career development platform that bridges the divide between companies and high potential Emirati talent. Previous to that she was a senior manager at Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development. She has also worked in various international companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC), Shell Oil Company, Google. and McKinsey & Company. Najla serves as a board member at United Arab Bank, the Sharjah Business Women Council as well as the Young Arab Leaders UAE among others.
