خولة حمود الحارثي شخصية بارزة في مجال الأعمال مع عضوية في مختلف لجان غرفة التجارة والصناعة العمانية (أوشي). هي العضوة المنتدبة لشركة ليما ذ.م.م. وهي نائبة الرئيس في مجلس رجال الأعمال القطريين العمانيين في أوشي. كما أنها عضوة في لجنة الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ومجلس رجال الأعمال السنغافوري العماني، ومجلس رجال الأعمال العمانيين الإماراتي، ومنتدى سيدات الأعمال مع أوشي. وشاركت كقائدة شابة في تصميم وتخطيط برامج الشباب في السلطنة، وكانت قاضية في مسابقتين. مسابقة الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمنافسة شاريكاتي من إنجاز عمان. تم تعيينها كعضوة تنفيذية في اللجنة الوطنية للشباب لمدة سنتين متتاليتين منذ عام 2012. وهي نائبة رئيس لجنة المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، غرفة تجارة وصناعة عمان وعضوة مجلس إدارة في البنك الوطني العماني، ريادة الأعمال. تحمل خولة شهادة البكالوريوس في إدارة األعمال من جامعة اليرموك في األردن
Khaula Hamoud Al Harthy is an eminent Business personality with membership in various committees of Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OCCI). She is the Managing Director of Lima LLC. She is the Vice President in the Omani Qatari Businessmen Council in the OCCI. Also, she is a member of Small & Medium Enterprises Committee,Omani Singaporean Businessmen Council, Omani Emarati Businessmen Council, Business Women Forum with OCCI. As a youth leader, she has taken part in the design and planning of the Sultanate’s youth programs and was a judge at two competitions; SMEs Competition and Sharikati Competition of INJAZ Oman. She was appointed as an executive board member at the National Youth Commission for two consecutive terms since 2012. She is the deputy chairwoman of Small & Medium Enterprises Committee, Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry and is a board member at the National Bank of Oman and the Riyada Entrepreneurship Award. Khaula holds a BA in Business Management from Yarmouk University in Jordan
