كانت ميسون الضراب مديرة بالنيابة في التدقيق الداخلي والتطوير التنظيمي حتى أنها وجدت دعوتها الحقيقية في التدريب. اليوم ميسون هي مدربة تنفيذية في الحياه الناشطة، مدربة عالمية معتمدة ومرشدة القيادة التي تساعد الناس على ربط النقاط لرؤية صورة أكبر من هم حقا وما يريدون حقا في الحياة. انها تتمتع أن تكون الضوء الذي يثير أعمق المعرفة الذاتية، ويثير الإرادة لتحدي المنتصر ضمن الشخص واستحضار التغيير. ميسون مقرها في الرياض، وهي جزء من الفريق الذي أسس ويلبور للتدريب في عام 2013

Today Maisoon is a co-active life & executive coach, a certified international trainer and a leadership mentor who helps people connect the dots to see the greater picture of who they really are and what they really want in life. She enjoys being the light that provokes deeper self-knowledge, triggers the will to challenge the victor within one and evoke change. Maisoon is based in Riyadh and is part of the team who founded Willpower Coaching in 2013.
