نجلاء البسام خريجة الجامعة الأميركية في الشارقة، 2009 مع بكالوريوس في الاتصالات البصرية. وهي الفائزة في جائزة المرأة العربية، المملكة العربية السعودية, للحصول على أفضل مصممة شابة _ عام 2015. وشغفها للتصميم والطباعة العربية أدى إلى الحصول على المزيد من المعلومات من المدرسة السويسرية _للتصميم في بازل وأيضاً أخذت ورش عمل من خبراء المطبعية في دبي والكويت. في أواخر عام 2010، نجلاء أسست شركة تصميم للعلامات التجارية والرسوم البيانية "هيا تصميم الاستوديو"، في قلب مدينة جدة. يقود فريقا من المصممين والمبدعين معا يستكشفوا المفاهيم الحديثة للثقافة والإبداعات البصرية إلى تطبيقه اليوم وأيضاً مع التكنولوجيات الحديثة. في عام 2012، بدأت نجلاء

Najla alBassam is a graduate from the American University of Sharjah, 2009 with bachelors in Visual Communication. She is the winner of the Arab women award, KSA for best young designer of 2015. her passion in design and arabic typography lead her to seek more knowledge from the swiss school of design in Basel and take workshops from typographic masters in Dubai & Kuwait. Back in late 2010, Najla' founded her branding & graphic design studio HAYA Design Studio, in the heart of Jeddah. Leading a team of designers and creatives they together explore the modern notions of culture & visual creations into today's application and modern technologies. In 2012, she started "Kartt & Co." that collaborates with local artists, images makers and calligraphers in producing greeting cards & stationary.
